netscape 7.2 wont open

after updating internet explorer my netscape wont open. I have reinstalled several times and took all netscape and mozillas files out before i install. It still wont open.

 

To mods,
I'm sure this misplaced post will be noticed (via the title) but I thought a splash of red would insure that it does not slip through the cracks.

Hang in there. I believe you have not yet received a response to this post because you have posted this in the win98 forum and not in the Netscape forum, where those familiar with Netscape can help you. The moderators will redirect your post to the correct forum as soon as it is recognized that you seem to have lost your way or were confused into which forum this subject should be posted.
