Netscape 7.2 Won't Boot.

Hello All.
I recently re-installed Windows XP (HE) and so had to re-install Netscape 7.2 as well and now when i try to boot NS 7.2 up i just see the windows hourglass flash and that's it. Nothing happens. I was running NS 7.2 before and it worked fine but not now! I also have Netscape 7.1 in another Folder and it works fine. I had this same problem before but forget how i fixed it. It seems to me that at that time i also had problems with another program or so not booting up but not sure. Before this happened i had both versions (actually 3 - i also have NS 4.5 installed) and they ALL worked great.
I have tried un-installing and re-installing Netscape 7.2 but no still no go.
Any ideas?

The problem most likely is caused by a missing entry for the C:\Program Files\Common Files\mozilla.org\GRE folder location in the user's registry. This is known as the "Installer Bug "

You may experience this bug if you have reinstalled Netscape, experienced Registry problems, or have reinstalled Windows. This is especially evident with Windows XP users.

This is what I suggest:

Backup your Profiles Folder, and Plugins Folder in both Netscape 7.1, and 7.2
Uninstall both Netscape 7.1, and Netscape 7.2, using Add/Remove

Next:
Delete the Netscape 7.1, and 7.2 folders located here:
C:\Program Files\Netscape\Netscape

Also delete the GRE Folder, located here:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\mozilla.org\GRE

Be careful not to delete your Communicator 4.x Folders located here:
C:\Program Files\Netscape\Communicator
C:\Program Files\Netscape\Users

Once you have uninstalled the two Netscape Versions, and deleted the appropriate folders, then:
REBOOT THE PC.

Now install Netscape 7.2, and quite frankly, I wouldn't reinstall Netscape 7.1, and it is quite buggy, has a serious system resource leak, and security vulnerabilities. If you wish to consolidate Mail, Bookmarks, etc., I will be happy to help with that.
