Netscape 7.2 junk mail controls

I am having trouble with Netscape 7.2 junk mail control window. At first everything worked as planed and now the junk mail labeled as junk will not automatically go to the junk folder and the when configuring the junk mail window it will not stay and goes back to the way it was last done. It is set to dump the junk mail to the junk folder, but when I put my account and mail name it and return it is blank. I hope someone knows what I am talking about. If anyone could help, I would appreciate it.

I have no evidence that the the Filters and Junk controls talk to each other, so I may as well enter some good filter, to the body of the message. My ISP controls over 90% of the spam.
In your case delete your Junk.msf file in you mail account. That's the first thing to try. You may have to remove your account, and then put it back, but you will need to copy/paste the old Inbox. and Sent files.
Do all this with NS7.2 closed.
