Netscape 7.2 Email attachments

We are having problems receiving attachments when we receive email (Netscape 7.2). Most attachments cannot be opened. Also, when there are pictures(jpg, etc.) inline in the email all that is in the email is a box where the picture should be. The picture is listed in the attachment box and if you "click" on it, it will open. Both the "View Attachments Inline" and View Email In Original HTML format are checked so I know that is not the problem. Any help would be appreciated!

 

A number of attachments are actually worms/viruses, and targeting Outlook Express.

You might need to Save the File as. The attachment also depends on how the sender formatted the email.
