Netscape 7.1 EVERYTHING DISAPPEARED

    Problem : Netscape 7.1 mail, settings and everything else disappeared.
    Solution : Followed Ramona , ChrisI & DougG's second solution :-

    BINGO +++ All the escapeees have been found , returned to their proper
    abode and grounded.

    Hi RHDA,

    Thanks for the positive feedback! I'm glad that you have all those escapee's back in their folder, and working again. Backup your Profiles folder now, while everything is in its place... See: Preventive Browser Maintenance
