I get a recurring problem when loading web pages in Netscape 7.02. Often I get an error message "document contains no data" or "could not connect to xxxx.com" etc. I have to shut the browser down and reopen. However, this problem is now increasing in frequency. Is this a bug in the program?

Try cleaning memory, and disk cache more often.
    Edit>Preferences>Advanced>Cache

Another possible cause for the empty document message is that the page you are trying to access actually does not have any data in it or (for Internet pages) long delays on the Internet have caused the connection to "time out." When this happens, try again later. Also, sometimes the data on the page does not translate into html.
