Netscape 7.0+ Email account dissapears

This has happened about five time in the last nine months with both 7.0 and 7.1 For some unknown reason, when I start my computer up and load Netscape 7.0 or 7.1, I am asked to establish an email account. My previous mail account is gone completely and it appears that other setting are also gone. If I search I can find the account but not all messages and bookmarks etc are there. This has happenned more than once. I am using xp home with only one acount on it.

That is a common problem for Windows XP users. Try the workarounds, listed on this page: Lost Profile - Mail Settings

This should get you back on track. If you continue to have problems, post back.
