Netscape 6.2 and Netscape Mail

    Hi,

    I'm having problems with getting Netscape webMail to work with Netscape 6.2. I tried to install it but Netscape Mail won't go out to the server. I click on the Send and Receive but it doesn't do anything.

    I'm not sure if I have my settings wrong or if it's a bug in Netscape. Please help.

    6.2 is known to have email problems. If you like the browser, just go with the 6.2 browser and stay with an older version for email.

    Do you have AIM installed with your 6.2? I don't use the Mail & NG, because, as Mike advised, it is still full of bugs. However, I have seen posts several times, on the Netscape NG, that it is necessary to have AIM installed in order to get the Netscape Web Mail to function.
