Netscape 6.1 search mail function

    When I search for items (sender, to, body etc.) in mail folders, my Netscape 6.1 frequently fails to find posts that fit the criteria..For example, if I search for 286 in the body of posts, it will fail to identify some posts that contain this string and will identify posts that do not contain it.
    Are there any fixes for this problem ?

    DWEBSTER,

    First of all, welcome to the board! I only have one fix for you. I would recommend upgrading to 7.x. Version 6.x was full of bugs. You would be better off going with the newer version of Netscape. You can find all kinds of helpful information on Netscape here.
