Netscape 4.7 Account Setup Wizard

Any ideas on how to bypass the Account setup wizard in Netscape 4.7. I had them cancel it and then go to Edit, Preferences to set up the account but when they close and reopen it the Wizard comes back. If they try to run through the wizard it locks up on the Newsgroup server page and doesn't allow them to do anything but Ctrl-Alt-Dlt and End Task. Same thing over and over. I set up the account on a different machine same version using the Wizard and it worked just fine.

I don't think it's possible to disable the Wizard, without using the Netscape CCK, and I have no programming experience, so haven't a clue there.
