Hard to say for sure without more info, but from this Google search for netbus, it appears it may be a nasty. Try to locate the file and check it's properties and location. Let us know what you find out.

You may want to download and install Agent Ransack. It is a superior search tool. Show hidden files and folders, as well as system files, then use AR to search for the file(s).

    and folder.

    printscreen2000

P.S. I'd check for the folder first, then files named netbus. If you do a search for netbus.* they should all show up. ;)

We have more than a few ancients on here and most of us are learning new stuff. Takes us longer than it does the youngsters but it can be done.

If I understand this correctly, this is an outside attempt to access a port on your computer. Norton is blocking this attempt, and alerting you. It doesn't have to be Netbus doing this, but Netbus commonly uses a specific port and Norton is calling it that. Your Norton firewall is doing it's job.
You cannot control incoming connection attempts, but you can use your firewall to block them. When your firewall blocks them, it just doesn't answer as if you do not exist.
It is the new outgoing connection attempts reported by your firewall to be worried about.
