net2phone

    I have used a net2phone on my computer all the time I had windows98, xp home edition withiout a problem. I upgraded to windows xp professional and the phone stopped to work well. While the phone rings on the other side I cannot hear the ring tones. I made adjustments on the sound and microphone but nothing helped. What could be the problem? My computer is hp
