Resolved Nero 7 Essentials

I had Zero 7 Essentials, which was a 'kosher' copy on my PC when it asked me to do an "update" so they called it but as a result I lost the facility to access it.

Having done a 'system restore' which was positive the Zero would still not open stating that the "Shell Manager is corrupt or missing "

Any thoughts out there. I even cannot delete from Control Panel using the "add & remove" facility. The same message also appears and so removal is not possible.

Any thoughts or suggestion out there!!!

 

Problems with Nero

Have downloaded Revo Uninstaller as suggested and it worked except it just left the entry in "add and remove" but without any sizes shown at all.

Have decided to use Ashampoo Burning Studio 10 instead of Nero. Anyway is cheaper to purchase and have a high respect for Ashampoo.
