Need an idea on how to unlock my laptop computer which is an IBM. It seems I played around too many times to get the password to work and the computer locked up. It seems I was told that sometimes the use of a tool like a paperclip stuck someplace would unlock it.
    Any ideas would help.

The reset 'button' on a laptop is a small hole through which a switch can be pressed using a straightened paperclip as you note. Could be almost anywhere - on a couple of HP laptops I have owned/used the reset 'button' was on the base or on the LH side.

Best to refer to the manual - either in the hand or online at IBM.
