Need To Reinstall Outlook 2007 w/o Losing Files

    Sorry about wrong title line before. I'm new. Can anyone help with info on how to uninstall a cranky version of '07 Outlook and reinstall it w/o losing previous files? Thanks.

    If I remember correctly, you can uninstall it, then reinstall it and it will find your old outlook files. A sure fire way is to back up all you personal folders to a thumb drive or external hard drive, then uninstall outlook and reinstall it, then copy the files back from where you stored them. I've done that many times.

    Backup your .PST file (to be safe) then reinstall. Next import your old PST file.
