Whenever I go into my Internet Explorer on one of my machines, I go to Tools>InternetOptions>Security>CustomLevel

I scroll down the list and find Instalation of desktop items, but under it I don’t find Launching applications and unsafe files. I am trying to load something on the desktop real quick and need to click on enable instead of it prompting me. On my other computer with Internet explorer, I have this option. How can I find this on the one that is missing?

    Thanks!

Which version of IE? - I don't see the Desktop option .... in IE 7, but seem to remember it in IE 6.

I dumped IE 6 many moons ago when I started beta testing IE 7 and now run that on all my PC's so my memory of very specific detail on IE 6 is rather hazy.

Are both PC's fully updated with all the IE 6 patches?
