Need set up cd rom or floppy disk for windows 2000

    My old computer has the error message at start up that I need to install windows 2000 set up floppy disk or cd rom. Is there any site that I can go to to download this disc and coy it t a cd and load it on the old computer? If thats not possible, where could i get this cd so I can fix it?
