Need Modem and Router recommendations

    I have a Gateway PC with a Bellsouth DSL internal modem made for just a single computer setup. I'm wanting to connect my new laptop to a wireless router and modem setup. I would like recommendations for a new modem compatable with Bellsouth's DSL service and a new router.

    Tell Bell South the internal modem is causing serious BSOD issues and overheating your motherboard, angering your girlfriend, and scaring your goldfish. And that you want a modem/router that is external and uses a regular rj-45 jack.

    Once this is done (they will replace it if you are persistent and nice about it) let us know the router you want to use and the modem they sent you.
