Need help with Outlook

    Everything was fine, but now it asks for my username and password, i tick the "remember username and password" box, enter my username and password, and as soon as i click 'OK' it reappears, and keeps doing it! :eek:

    How do i stop it so i can check my email?

    I also recently downloaded ad aware, did that pehaps delete something that makes it work?

    Adaware shouldnt have anything to do with it. I would delete your mail account and reenter all info. Post back good or bad.

    It still happens some times! Its annoying. Will re-entering all my info stoop it once and for all?
