    I Need Help With Missing Componets With Windows Installer I Am Unable To Donload Java. I Dont Know what happend. please help

    Please provide us with more details.

    1. Exactly what do the Windows Installer error messages say (same wording/spelling, including any error numbers that might be displayed)?

    2. Exactly what do you do to produce the error message?

    3. Where are you trying to download Java from (and what version are you attempting to download)?

    4. What browser are you using when attempting to download Java?

    5. Exactly what information leads you to conclude you cannot download Java (including the exact text from any error windows)?

    6. What version of Windows XP (Home, Professional, or Media Center Edition) and what service pack are you using?

    7. Have you made any software/hardware changes recently that might be causing your issues? If so, please provide details about those changes.

    The more details you provide = the more likely someone will be able to help. :)
