Need help with custom screens

    Can anyone out there tell me how to change the boot & logon screens in XP without using a 3rd party software?

    courierdude - Welcome to the Board :)

    On the basis of a Google search go here for starters for the logon screen, then maybe here for the boot screen.

    No doubt other solutions to be found in a Google search for XP Boot Screen and XP Logon Screen.

    Some third party editing/compiling software required.
