Well, I'm trying to do what I thought was easy, but I guess not!

I want to create a button on an Excel spreadsheet that a user can click to print several of the sheets in the workbook. HELP!

I have created the button. I have created (recorded) the macro.

I cannot get the two to work together.

I have NO VB training, and don't write code, so please be gentle with an explanation!

    Thanks!

I am not sure what version of Excel you are using, but with Excel 2000 you can create a button using the forms toolbar (just use the button tool on that toolbar and put the button where you want it on the spreadsheet). As soon as you create it you may be asked what macro you want to assign to the button. If you gave it a name, you should be able to select the name and go. If you do not assign the macro right away you can go back to the button later and right click on it, select assign macro from the options menu, and pick the name of the macro you created.

    Does this make sense?

You may have been creating a control button instead, from the control toolbar, and I am not sure how to assign a macro to that type of button.
