Need help with a hijackthis log

I'm trying to help my sister clean up her laptop. I've installed, updated and run Spybot, Adaware and AVG. Also installed and updated Spyware Blaster. She is still getting a pop-up while on the internet. I'm thinking there is still something there the others missed, so I'm posting the HJT log. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Bill,

I don't see anything unusual. Can you describe the popup? Is it the same/same type of popup everytime? Have you tried using a popup blocker?

 

Hi Dave,

I've sent my sister an email for more specifics, but as I understand it the pop-up happens on MSN and it says something about doing a security check on her PC. I'll post back when I have more. Thanks for checking the log file.

Hi Dave,

I finally heard back from my sister. After she described the pop-ups to me, I realized they are coming from windows messenger service. I've advised her how to end the messenger service process and (at her option) how to remove the service to stop the pop-ups. I told her she could live without it and it was up to her if she wanted to disable/remove it from the laptop.

Mystery solved. Thanks for looking at this for me.
