Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, but in Firefox, when I get the right click menu to come up, I see lines under a letter in each of the options. I know this must have to do with the hot keys, but how do I use them?

You press the underlined letter while the menu is open. Exactly the same as if you use the ALT key to open the (for example) File menu. EG to bookmark the current page you can right click on the page and press the m key.
