I have a Dell inspiron 1420 ( my daughters), it has a 160GB HD she is out of space on it. I got a 750 gig and installed it but it does not recognize the 750 Gig drive, only the same space 160 gigs 7.3 free of 148 gigs. Can I up the recognize space within Windows 7(premium) somehow?
Any ideas on what to do?
    John

Hi John. Click Start< Run and type diskmgmt.msc and hit enter. When the disk management window opens, take a screenshot of that window and post the image in your next reply.

To attach a file to a new post, simply click the [Manage Attachments] button at the bottom of the post composition page, and locate the file that you want to attach from your local hard drive.
