Can go to start and shutoff and after doing this several times a box comes up Navw32 This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down caused an invalid page fault in module ASCOMPBRDLL@ 017f:01f99179.

Have searched and found no answers Tried RegistryFix, it scanned and when I tried to purchase, page not available, removed RegistryFix from desktop but remains center of my screen, can't get rid of.
