I recently started a NAV scan on a large program (about 768 megs). However, it kept scanning and never stopped. So, I closed the program. When this didn't help, I ended it with an end task program. However, the extra 600 megs are still somewhere on my HD, where are they so I can delete them?

Are you saying that 600 Mb of your free space has 'disappeared' ?

Suggest you do a file search for *.tmp files - I'm not aware that NAV would generate temp files to that extent during a scan, if at all.

Let us know what you find
