Have not had a "effective experience" using Netscape 7.0 "Form Fill ".... so I downloaded RoboForm. Installing "AiRoboForm.exe and AiRoboForm-Netscape-Adapter.exe" programs per Netscape Browser requirements, the install failed. Have had no real assistance via online "Help assistance" at RoboForm website. There only suggestion is "Installing N7.1 ", which is a version of Netscape I choose not to use.
The following is what has been submitted to there help assistance .......

Please see following RoboForm install log ......

    Start Installation
    Found Netscape ver. "7.0 "
    Version is supported - "7.0 "
    InstallFor - starting for "C:\Program Files\Netscape\Netscape" "7.0 "
    Basic path "C:\Program Files\Netscape\Netscape "
    Chrome directory path "C:\Program Files\Netscape\Netscape\chrome "
    Resource Path "C:\Program Files\Netscape\Netscape\chrome\packages\core
    \roboform "
    Cannot unzip necessary files!
    Netscape: Install failed. "7.0 "
    Installation complete
    ___________End Install Log_____________________

    Process of install as follows................................
Closed All open applications, "Netscape Quick Start" is disable (Never active)
Checked Task Manager.. NO Netscp.exe processes running.
    Install "AiRobForm.exe "..... No problems
The failure occurs during install of AiRoboForm-Netscape-Adapter.exe (See above Install log)
    FURTHER NOTES
    Netscape is the Default Browser
The Mozilla Folder Properties is set / locked to "Read Only" (Default) ****(Is this the problem?)
PicoZip is "associated" to all compressed files in "Chrome folder" *******(Is this the problem?)
As of this time there is NO file/path created for the following folder/file...................
    Resource Path "C:\Program Files\Netscape\Netscape\chrome\packages\core
    roboform "
The "RoboForm Icon" on task bar, when "Browser" is selected states "(None) "
    ___________________________________
As of this time "RoboForm" appears to be functioning correctly in IE6.0
Any help would be appreciated. (per Netscape 7.0 install)
    Thank you

Has anyone had success installing RoboForm on N7.0?

I lost interest in RoboForm, since it seems to work only with current versions. I was able to install it with NS7.02, but I gave up on it, since I don't want any info on the hard drive.
I tried it again with NS7.1, and it seems not to work as well.
If the adapter file did not open properly, try to install in Safe Mode. I had to do this with a program, and it has nothing to do with Netscape, in my case.

Thanks for the reply Westside. Have decided not to pursue RoboForm install. Have decided to test out Mozilla 1.5. Will post some questions on Antony's site per some Netscape IMAP concerns.
    Thanks Dennis
