One of the GPUs I pulled out of the computer parts intrigues me for a precise reason: I have no idea what it is!

It has a (what I assume to be) manufacture date of 10/13/99, and on that sticker it also says:

    "AGP-R160/32MB
    FR9544-1 V2.0
    10/13/99 B400 "

On the front of the board it says "AGP-RIX0" and "M101" and the card is a full-size, VGA-only card.

I can't test it unless I know which AGP format it is, and I have no idea if it works either. Could anyone shed any light on its identity? I can stick up a photo if necessary tomorrow.

It might help... if I was actually sure the card was compatible with my 2004 P4 machine and was the right AGP type (ie so it doesn't burn out an already-tired board) and if the card worked. I want to identify it before trying it, if possible. ^^

Hi Lukeno1. That video card is identified as a NVIDIA RIVA TNT2 Model 64 which uses an AGP 4x slot on the motherboard and has 32 MB of video memory.

    More information here, RIVA TNT2.

Right, thanks! I think that's the second TNT2 we have, but this one is a lower spec. Thanks for your help!
