Windows Vista my window can't update any programs

    My window can't update any programs such as MS framwork , update for vista and the lastest 50 lines is

    Error 0x80072efd translates to ERROR_INTERNET_CANNOT_CONNECT which means 'The attempt to connect to the server failed'.

    Is there any firewall or anti-virus product on this PC that could interfear with the correct operation of Windows Update?

    What Vista edition is this?

    Also, put these in IE's Trusted Sites zone (Tools > Internet Options > Security):
