I'm not sure what forum to put this under, so I'll try it here, since I've had such good luck with getting problems fixed under IE/OE forum. If this is a problem, please let me know.

I'm sure that this is just some crazy problem that I've got, but it's about to drive me crazy.

Last night while I was messing around on my PC, for some reason, the tray (I think that's what it's called) has gotten moved from the bottom of the screen to the left side. What I'm referring to as the tray, is the blue bar that goes from left to right across the bottom of the screen and has "Start" on the left side with about 3 little icons next to that and it has the programs that I have opened across the bottom in this blue bar and then it has the clock on the right side bottom.

Now, the tray is going from top to bottom down the left side of my screen, with the "start" button being at the top left-hand side and the clock is now on the bottom left side. I have tried dragging it and all sorts of things, but I can't get the tray to move back to the bottom of the screen.

When I first turn my PC on and go to my desktop, the tray is on the left and it has rearranged the icons. I can drag the tray, but it only gets wider and I can't move it back to the bottom.
I know that this is something simple, but it's the simple things that sometimes drive me insane.

    I'm using Windows XP.

    Any help will be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance !

    aleecat,
I wished that there was some way besides typing this out to show how much I appreciate your knowledge when it comes to fixing these problems. This is not the first time that you've helped me out and maybe one day I can repay you for it.

I simply did as you said and everything is back to normal again. I don't know how it got messed up to begin with, I guess I may have nodded off at the computer last night and held down the left button on the mouse and dragged the tray off to the left.

Thanks again and keep up the good work.
