My printer won't print

    Hello everyone. My concern is my printer, a J4680 HP Officejet. It was working just fine and then the other day it displayed a message that my black and white ink cartridge was incompatible. I haven't changed it. It is the same one that was in when the printer was working. I have tried to print a test page several times and when I open the printer file it says error. I tried reconfiguring the port and it came back: An error occurred during port configuration. Access is denied. Does anyone know what could have happened and what can I do to correct this? It is a new printer with a wireless connection or it was connected but now it is just not working.
