Our original email (outlook express) which was with another ISP won't work at my wife's businessl The outlook express we have at home will. We now have AOL but continue to get some mail through OE. I though if you dropped your ISP and went with AOL that your email would cease to function. Our's at home still works and the one at her business is kaput. I'm confused but that's my normal state of mind anyway.

Are you saying that your ISP email address is no longer used?
    ie...johndoe@anyISP.com, is now, johndoe@aol.com?

If so, it sounds like your previous ISP may give a grace period to give you time to notify everyone that your email address is no longer good. Why it doesnt work for your wife may have more to do with "business" computer.

We had a local ISP. It had a hard time keeping up with it's expanding membership and kept having outages. We used the Outlook Express with their address. We have since then went with AOL and their email service. The old email address still works at home but doesn't at her workplace.
