My laptop is shuting down all of the sudden

    With so little information, difficult to provide useful help.
    First guess would be hardware related. You say it is new. If under warranty, get in contact with the seller. If you have installed some new software or added on some new hardware, could have some conflicts. If no, again get in contact with the seller. If yes, provide some details.
    And last, if you have been on the Internet without proper software protection and current OS updates, may have become infected. Post back with some additional information.

    it stay ok for while I even format drive and install XP H again but it kill again.I even try stay in bois it kill over there as well any suggestion

    It sounds like you have a hardware fault - contact Dell if it is under warranty.
