MY HP Deskjet 1510 series won't scan.

    Hi, there !
    Since upgrading to Windows 8.1 my HP Deskjet series 1510 won't scan and will only print from an app.
    During the upgrading, a file was created listing a bunch of applications which were removed!
    I want my old version back, but run the risk of losing all my data .
    Please help?
    Totally frustrating!:(

    Hi catz, Welcome to WindowsBBS. :) As Steve has already noted - you will need to get the appropriate Drivers from HP. I had a similar problem with my HP All in One 2050 when I moved to W8.
    Once you get the drivers from HP, you can use their automatic installer software to find your Device and update for you. Neil.
