my computer is being overrun

I need help. My computer is being overrun with adware, viruses, etc. I think that they are all coming from one source, but I'm not sure. I run my scanner and it detects a ton of malware. After I delete it all, it all comes back. I downloaded windows movie maker off of imesh a while back and now I can't delete that program. I can delete every part of that file individually, but if I try to delete it all, it won't let me. Please help.

 

get the microsoft spyware scanner and run it. I find that 2 or 3 programs are necessary to get all of the spyware.
