My computer has 4 different virus' I was told to come here & get help

Following is a list of the virus :

1)Trojan horse Downloader.Zlob.TSY 'path' C:\\WINDOWS\fvqkfsp.exe

2)Virus found Downloader.Swizzor 'path' C:\\Programfiles\Kodak\Kodak EasyShare software\bin\EasyShare.exe

3)Trojan horse Downloader.Zlob.TTF 'path' C:\\WINDOWS\aswmklt.dll

4)Trojan horse Downloader.Zlob.TTA 'path' C:\\WINDOWS\dpvtporfgp.dll

all of these are being picked up by avg free. I also am getting Smitfraud-C. showing on my spybot

If someone can help me with this it would be sooooooooo good. I keep getting told I have to format my computer so if someone could tell me FOR SURE what I need to do with this computer I would be very gratful
