    Hi folks,

I am using a Win2k Pro SP1 computer with 128MB RAM and everything is except that I cannot print PDF document when I open those PDF file with Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0. I keep getting the following error message:

AcroRd32.exe --- Application Error --- The instructions at "0x77fca2bf" referenced memory at "0xx0769909 ". The memory could not be written. Click OK to terminate the program.

I even uninstall Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 and install 4.05 back to the PC, I still getting the same error message, May I know how can I fix this problem ??

    Please kindly advise ASAP.

Thanks for your help in advance

    Hiya

Remove both 4 and 5 and start over.

Make sure there isn't any remaining folders after you use the add/remove programs to uninstall.

Then go to the ftp site

    ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobatreader/win/5.x/

and download ar505enu.exe and then install properly.

Make sure anti-virus software is turned off before downloading.
Make sure you're off the net before installing.

    Regards

    eddie
