music files changed to zip files

    hello
    all my songs in my music were winamp files but somehow they have changed to winzip files and i am not able to listen to any of my music! i have not got a clue how this has happened and have not done anything different.
    i download my music using lime wire and it saves automatically to my music and has always saved as a winamp file and i have always played my music threw winamp.
    any help would be great

    Right click on one of the files and select Open With.
    Chose WinAmp and make sure the box "always use" this program is selected.
