I have Windows XP and I am using Outlook Express. My wife and I both use our own user accounts for logging on to Windows but we both use the same Outlook Express email. The problem is, for example, when I logon to Windows and check the email and it downloads an email for my wife, then in order for her to see that email, she has to go through my logon and vice-versa. I'm sure it's just a matter of making OE use a certain folder that both of us "have access" to but I'm not sure how to do it. If that isn't clear enough let me know and I'll try to make it make sense. Thanks.

Might try Tools->Options->Properties->Advanced tab ->select "leave mail on server" (do it for both logins)

    more information

That is an option, but hopefully last resort. I'm looking for a way to get them off the server but still have all the emails show up under both windows users. One thing I forgot to mention, I do have an F: drive that is accesible by both users so I'm thinking that would be a good place for the storage of emails. I just don't know which folder needs to be where and what options need to be changed to use a folder other than the default. Thanks for the idea though.
