I VERY recently upgraded TB to Version 3.0.

I Just noticed that I had 3 (THREE) Trash folders. I thought that perhaps that was caused from using MOZBackup some time ago. I going to re-install TB, but then I discovered that the other PC I have and had also upgraded has the same issue.

I attempted to delete two of the folders but do not get that option. Is this a bug in V3.0 or something I've done and can correct?

    Thanks.

Sorry, but I just noticed that I also have THREE Inboxes.

    Well, please excuse my inquiries.

I got to looking and knew something must be wrong. That's when I discovered the Smart Folders deal.

    Sorry.

Do you have only one email account? I got eight, and, of course eight Inboxes and all other folders. I saw this:
I have the smart mailboxes folder in my Profile, but the name is smart folders in the program. Having so many accounts it would be foolish to make things more complicated, like having Global settings. I saw some other report which mentions searches and smart folders. I don't understand this, and care even less. And, I have no intention of using v.3.0, except to check it out.

Hi vegaspat, to get rid of all the "extra" folders, click on View>Folders and select "All ". Unless you have more than one account that should do it.:) You will see "Local Folders" just expand the tree as you wish and it should stay like that on future closing and openings of TB.

Yea, after posting those messages, I got to looking around and discovered the answer.

I only have one account set up so I've opted out of the Smart Folder view.

    Thanks.
