Multiple instances

I always get 2 or 3 "instances" or copies of my homepage every time I get on. And a lot of times i'll get multiple instances of other apps too. Can anything fix that?

 

Are you sure you are not getting mouse click happy or impatient at a slow response and clicking links more than once or more than they need to be clicked upon? (Via control panel> mouse icon) Does your mouse need some additional adjustments or a closer look at ie; a different mouse....updated drivers etc.

If you have tweakui installed, somewhere amongst the options, is one for detecting accidental double clicks, perhaps this has not not been set or could be reset. (Shrug) worth a shot.
