Is it possible to use multiple browsers concurrently? If so, how?

I want to use IE9 most of the time and Chrome for a few applications, such as Google Calendar and Google Contacts. The reason for these two applications is my Android 3.0 Motorola Xoom syncs better using the same OS.

I have tried to make a shortcut with Google Calendar, however, the route seems to be from within the browser. IE9 does a great job opening everything I want it to, even the PC based Google Calendar. There some items on the calendar only available from Chrome. Go figure. "¹(•¿â€¢)›

Just open the browser(s) & type in the addresses in different browsers. That should do it.
