Multiple appointments

    Is there a way to duplicate multiple appointments that have random dates on Outlook 2003 Calendar? Example is meetings 8a to 4p on Aug 1, 3, 4, 10, 12 and so on. The appointments are reoccuring but are random dates.

    Has you've seen - there's know way to progam "random."

    You can drag the August 1st appointment to another date...and repeat.

    Thanks. Dragging the appointment moves the appointment to a different date but does not duplicate the appointment. I guess I just have to learn to type faster.
