Recently, I ran a tool called Windows Repair twice in Windows safe mode (as directed), and the tool fixed a couple of nagging issues that had bothered me for months. Afterwards, I ran Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer, and it gave me a pretty good report except for the fact that I now have 7 administrator accounts!...

More than 2 Administrators were found on this computer.
    User
    Administrator
    NT AUTHORITY\LOCAL SERVICE
    NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE
    NT AUTHORITY\SERVICE
    NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
    NT SERVICE\TrustedInstaller

Is this anything to be concerned with? I'm assuming the repair tool may have had something to do with this.

You can Google them and find things like:

"Network Service" is a built-in local account used by the service control manager.

So NO, there are nothing to be concerned about.

    Thanks, Steve.

This is an area of Windows that I have limited knowledge about and have never really comprehended the full meaning of it all.

To add to Steve. Administrator is a built in administrator account which by default is not revealed in Win7+. You have to enable it manually to use it.

In your case the user james2 is the Administrator.

    Agreed.

I've enabled the hidden administrator account a few times before, but just for looks. In my thinking, the only administrator accounts I knew of were mine and the hidden account. Now I have seven? Baseline Security Analyzer suggested disabling some of them.

I assume the repair tool must have created some of these extra accounts, because they are not detected on my Windows 7 laptop.

    NT AUTHORITY\LOCAL SERVICE
    NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE
    NT AUTHORITY\SERVICE
    NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
    NT SERVICE\TrustedInstaller

All these accounts are inbuilt & play different roles in Windows. Disabling them is not recommended.
