mtlmdm can't load stream manager

    I'm encoutered this error when i use dialup modem network on windows 98 se edition,pls help how to get it fix,yrs attention is much appeciated.T.q.

    mtlmdm (.vxd) is a "virtual device driver" for the modem. Recommendations are to find updated drivers for the modem.
