[MSN premium error: "MSN has encountered a problem and will close"]

    Greetings all,
    I am having difficulty staying on MSN premium. I have it through Qwest(Centurylink) and because of this I can not get any support so thought I would try here. What happens is when I log in to MSN premium I can log in and then after a min or three it will state that MSN has encountered a problem and will close. I have removed MSN and reinstalled it but the problem continues. I can log in with Internet explorer. Any suggestions? Thanks

    Have you tried "Windows Live" instead?

    Thanks for the reply. To my knowledge I have not signed up for Windows Live. So what do you suggest I do?
