    Hi
I was sent a email from my brother that was made with the Micromedia Flash program, It seems that MSN Explorer does not support the stand alone Flash player? I had to use Internet Explorer to open the Flash movie he made and sent to me.
Does any one know why I would have to use IE or a setting in MSN Explorer that would let me view this in MSN.
All I could get is "Could not open file" Windows need to know what program created it Check online or pick from files ". with MSN Explorer, when IE opens it.
    Thanks
    Geri

I just went through the same thing with IE. I used the option "Check online" and loaded up the Flash Player and all is well.

    Hi Steve
I did that. MSN Explorer still would not open it. I had to use IE.
I would contact MSN but it seems that Old Bill buddy is as allusive as the chessire cat.
OH well. I have it set to use IE to open those files.
    Thanks

    SWF Player

You may download a SWF Player for Flash Movies and Clips. At the same time you can also download Flash player plug-in which will store an index of the Flash Programs you have viewed or could have viewed in the current session.

The programs are freeware and work well. I have used them without problems.

    This link will help:http://www.snapfiles.com/downloadfind.php?st=SWF+Player&search=Search&action=s

And the Plug In from this link:http://www.snapfiles.com/downloadfind.php?lc=1&action=s&st=Flash+Player+Plug-In&search=Search
