MSN and Windows Live hacked.

My wife is unable to log in to MSN and Live. They don't recognize her account name. All attempts to resolve the issue on line fail because in the end they indicate that it is an invalid account name. She was using Live Mail, but she can use another email client. Our concern is that someone may be using her MSN account. How can we be sure that isn't happening?

BTW this all began with her Facebook account being hacked. Someone changed her password. She cleared that up, but FB recommended changing email passwords also. We were able to change the Comcast mail server password, but were never able to do anything about the fact that someone had apparently gained access to the MSN account.

She is using Win 7
