MSN 9 Address Book

    When I go to the Address Book Groups and try to edit the group I get a partial edit screen showing only the first 6 names in my address book. No means to edit it. I have to click on a blank space at the bottom of this screen to close it. Once I attempt to do editing all of my screens freeze up.
    I have to sign off and sign on again in order to function once again. I talked to MSN Techs and it was obvious they didn't have a clue. Has anyone had this problem? I'm using Verizon DSL.
